Until now it hasn't been possible to see changes made in a re-opened requisition. This is now possible to see in the client log and also in the journal.

A requisition is made on a patient.

The requisition is reverted back to working state through the Cancel done function

The changes will show in the client log tab.

The journal text will also show the change with a small icon and when the mouse hover over it says lab result has been modified.
