There is a new field in the contact reasons that will show the text in booking, timeline and Consultation view.

Frontpage - Booking - Contact Reason

The new field is called "External text". Find the correct contact reason and remember to press Save after having written in the text field.

If there is a text in the External text field it will show 3 places:
