A new feature allows the user to set up a Master database in the integration called Mastersync.
The database will be syncronized every night with the "slave databases" in regards to colours, genders, services, products etc. Newly created items and also deleted items in the Master database will be shared/synchronized with the "slave databases".
This is to avoid that eg. colours are being created several times in different databases and to make the import of eg. new products easier.
It can be selected in the setting of the integration which items should be synchronized.
Delete if not in Master controls if the item is available in the "Slave database" or not after synchronization.
There is a possibility to compare the system to the Master database. Press Compare data.
Then the options there is in both System and Master will be shown.
To change the table just click on the highlighted item and a dropdown list will unfold allowing the user to choose other options.
If an item has been synchronized with the master database then it can't be modified locally as it is managed by Master database. If the user tries to modify the item then a text will show this info: Locked by master database.
If a treatment is available for different departments, then the user can map the local department to the master department. It is done in the settings in the tab called Departments.
Select a local department on the right side by clicking on it and use the arrow down option to choose the department from the Master database that it needs to be mapped to.
