Different prices can be shown in different departments and chosen products can also be hidden in selected departments.
First it's needed to enable a new flag under
System - Settings - Global - Choices - Stock prices pr. department
Search for the product that needs to have a special price:
Stock - Stock-in-trade - Edit
On the product card it is possible to see a default section and also the departments.
The price will as default be the price that's listed under the default section.
To customize the price you have to click on the green Add next to the department where you will customize the price.
When pressing Add the department that is chosen will go into a Custom section instead of Default
Change the price to the amount that is correct for the chosen department.
Factor can also be added which will multiply the factor number with the price and Extra constant which will add the number to the amount.
When the price is correct press Save.
Hide product in specific department
It is now possible to hide a product in a specific department.
Go to the product card as above (Stock - Stock in trade - Edit) and the tab Departments.
Here you can exclude or include departments for this specific product by clicking on the department and use the small green arrows to move the department between Included and Excluded. Press Save.
The product will be hidden in the excluded department anywhere in the system where there is a product search; Taxation, anesthesiajournal, daily treatments and prescription.
If the product is sold in another department it will still be shown in the timeline of the patient.
