It is now an option to add a topography to a diagnose. The user will see two columns. One with diagnoses and one with topograhies.

When the user selects a diagnose by doubleclicking, it turns green and is added to the Reported list on the right. The chosen diagnose doesn't disappear from the diagnoselist as previously but stays on the list so "sub diagnoses" also can be chosen.

The two "top levels" can't be chosen ( eg. E and EA).

If the user wants to add a topography it's important to choose the topgraphy first and then add the correct diagnose from the diagnose list.

Click on the wanted topographies and it will jump to the top of the topography list.

Select the diagnose that the topographies should be assigned to and doubleclick. The diagnose and the topographies are now added to the reported list on the right.

The diagnoses and topographies are visible in the tab Reporting on the client/patient card.

Diagnoses and topograhies are also shown in the timeline.

Another small change is that Popular name is changed to Synonym.

A new button will allow the user to choose to see the diagnoses in either list mode or in a tree structure. The system will remember the chosen sorting.

Another button allows the user to send feedback to Pyramidion.

This function is also available when rightclicking on a diagnose.

It is also possible to use the search function to search for diagnose or code.
